Welcome to the NYC Kitchen Garden Club!
Dear NYC gardeners,
Tucked into a backyard in Queens and high up on a rooftop in Manhattan, we are growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Our friends don’t quite get it but we live for those moments with our hands in the dirt. We plan meals around fresh harvests, even if they’re coming out of small containers, planted to the brim. We don’t believe in garden fails…everything is a teaching moment. Sound familiar?
We have set out on a mission to bring together a community of home growers in the city. We invite you to join us in making NYC Kitchen Garden Club a place to connect.
In our monthly zoom meetings, we’ll chat seed starting, share challenges-and wins- everything that is happening in our gardens. We will also have several in person meetups- think seed(ling) swaps and urban farm tours. Gardeners at every level of experience are invited.
Our first virtual meeting will take place in early March. Complete the form below if you are interested in attending!
Growing together,
Mari and Kiera
