The orders were clear: our client wanted a manageable and beautiful space to grow organic vegetables with her young (and truly the sweetest) grandchildren. We designed a custom twin bed setup, connected by an arch that perfectly frames an obelisk in a barrel planter, ideal for seasonal vining vegetable, and surrounded by a tall fence to deter ambitious wildlife.

The home, once owned by a master gardener, called for a pollinator garden that honored the existing palette and structure. We filled the surrounding space with purple and white anise hyssop, phlox, lavender, echinacea, and yarrow, creating a harmonious blend of pale purples, pinks, and whites.
